AdamationAI is independently owned, developed, and operated by a small, founder-led team. It is not a reseller or reskinned third-party CRM.

Small enough to be accountable. Built to support brokerages.
AdamationAI is built and operated by a small, founder-led team with experience across real estate, product development, engineering, analytics, marketing, and automation. Founder Adam Rubin brings nearly a decade of real-estate experience and a product background that includes technology used by every MLB team.
Together, the team designs, implements, maintains, and supports the platform for independent brokerages. Customers work directly with the people who build and operate their system, not a call center.
What we operate
The product, infrastructure, integrations, and support have named owners.
Managed cloud infrastructure
The platform runs on managed cloud infrastructure for its application hosting, database, storage, monitoring, and email connections. Customer data is stored in US data centers.
Selected integrations
AdamationAI connects to selected providers through their documented APIs and OAuth. Those connections extend the platform without transferring product ownership or customer support to an upstream vendor.
Direct support
Customers contact the AdamationAI team at support@adamationai.com or through their implementation contact. The people responsible for the platform triage the issue and coordinate any infrastructure provider needed to resolve it.
Your data is always your data
Your data. Your transactions. Your commission.
Customer data remains the customer’s. It is isolated by organization, never sold, never used to train third-party models, and exportable when needed. Selected service providers process data only to deliver the connected infrastructure and integrations.
Full CSV and JSON exports are available from the platform. Account deletion can be requested, with confirmation after irreversible removal.
Accountability
The practical questions customers ask
- Who maintains the automations?
- The AdamationAI team configures, monitors, and updates the managed workflows around each brokerage. Customers approve operating rules and sensitive actions. They are not expected to become software administrators.
- What happens during an outage?
- Our team investigates the application, database, integration, and provider layers, communicates the current status, and owns the response through resolution. Customers do not have to identify which vendor to call.
- What happens if we leave?
- Customer data remains the customer’s. Contacts and operating records can be exported, and account deletion can be requested. We do not use data access as leverage to keep a customer.
