Who can request deletion
Individual users can request deletion of their user account and personal data. Brokerage owners or authorized administrators can request export or deletion for an organization account.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@adamationai.com from the email address tied to your AdamationAI account.
- Use the subject line: Account deletion request.
- Include your name, brokerage or organization name, and whether you want user-only deletion or organization-level deletion.
What happens next
We verify the requester, coordinate with the account owner when the data belongs to a brokerage workspace, and complete deletion within 30 days unless legal retention obligations apply. Billing records and records needed for fraud prevention, security, tax, or legal compliance may be retained for the legally required period.
