Day 1
Export and map
We inventory the LionDesk export you can provide, then map the fields it actually contains to AdamationAI. If you have already exported, send us the file. If you have not, we review the remaining export path with you before promising which contacts, tags, notes, or history can be recovered.
Day 2
Rebuild your sequences
Your email drips and follow-up copy are rebuilt as AdamationAI sequences with review steps where needed. We also check any text templates and contact permissions included in the export. Automated customer text sequences are not active today and are not part of the standard move. We test each email sequence with a sample lead before launch.
Day 3
Go live
Configured lead sources route into AdamationAI. Eligible inbound email leads target a response in under 60 seconds after the source, mailbox, routing, and approval mode pass QA. You keep running your business while we handle the switch.

New leads from connected sources can receive a personal reply from Gmail or Outlook in under 60 seconds based on the routing and review rules your team chooses.
Full transaction management
Contract to close inside one platform. AI parses your PDFs and fills out the checklist automatically. LionDesk was CRM-only.
Managed implementation
We configure your automations, integrations, and training. You do not learn a new platform. You use one.
Commission and CDA tools
