Day 1
Export and map
We inventory the LionDesk export you can provide, then map the fields it actually contains to Adamation AI. If you have already exported, send us the file. If you have not, we review the remaining export path with you before promising which contacts, tags, notes, or history can be recovered.
Day 2
Rebuild your sequences
Your email drips and follow-up copy are rebuilt as Adamation AI sequences with review steps where needed. We also check any text templates and contact permissions included in the export. Automated customer text sequences are not active today and are not part of the standard move. We test each email sequence with a sample lead before launch.
Day 3
Go live
Configured lead sources route into Adamation AI. Eligible inbound email leads target a response in under 60 seconds after the source, mailbox, routing, and approval mode pass QA. You keep running your business while we handle the switch.

Is LionDesk still available in 2026?
No. Lone Wolf discontinued LionDesk in September 2025 and directed customers toward its Relationships CRM. Former users should work from the exports and account records they already retained rather than assume the former product remains accessible.
What replaced LionDesk?
Lone Wolf Relationships is the vendor's successor contact-management product. Former LionDesk customers should compare its current features, migration support, pricing, and export terms with other options instead of assuming it reproduces every historical LionDesk workflow.
Can Adamation AI import a LionDesk export?
Adamation AI can inventory and map a customer-provided export. Contacts, assignments, stages, tags, notes, consent records, templates, and communication history are checked separately because the available fields can vary. The migration scope is confirmed after inspecting the actual files.
What should former LionDesk users compare first?
Start with contact and note recovery, lead routing, email and text permissions, sequence rebuilding, transaction workflow, mobile use, ongoing support, and export rights. Then compare who will configure and maintain the replacement after the initial import.
