In November 2025, Follow Up Boss updated its privacy policy to allow Zillow to engage directly with contacts stored in an agent's FUB database, as long as that contact also has a Zillow account. Your CRM data is no longer exclusively yours.
In November 2025, a RICO class-action lawsuit (filed by Hagens Berman) named Follow Up Boss as a surveillance tool Zillow uses to monitor agent communications in its Flex program. The two lawsuits were consolidated in December 2025 in the Western District of Washington.
