AdamationAI does not sell your personal information. We do not trade, rent, or monetize customer data in any form. This is not a policy we revise. It is the foundation of the product.
What customer data means here.
Customer data is anything your account holds: leads, contacts, transactions, documents, CRM history, email and SMS logs, and anything your clients enter while you serve them. None of this is sold, shared, or exposed to another customer. Row level isolation enforces this at the database layer.
What we do share, and why.
When you visit our marketing website, third party measurement tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel) receive limited page view and event data so we can measure which ads work and reach people who visited us. This is standard website analytics and advertising. It is separate from your customer data and never contains your clients information. You can disable this at any time using the cookie banner at the bottom of any page.
How to opt out of website tracking.
- Use the cookie preferences banner on any page of this site to deny analytics and advertising cookies.
- Browsers that send the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal are honored automatically as an opt out.
- Email privacy@adamationai.com to request we stop processing your data entirely, including deletion.
How to opt out of customer communications.
Every marketing email we send has a one click unsubscribe link. Transactional emails (password reset, receipts, booking confirmations) follow a separate channel. Reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe.
Response time.
We respond to privacy requests within 15 business days. If verification is required to confirm your identity, we will tell you what we need before acting on the request.
