How each integration actually works

The short version is on the cards above. The actual behavior matters more.

Gmail

We connect directly to your Gmail inbox through Google OAuth. Every outbound reply comes from your actual address, so it does not land in spam and does not look like it came from a marketing tool. Incoming replies sync in real time, get classified by Claude for intent, and route to the right stage in the pipeline. No IMAP scraping, no email alias, no shared inbox complexity. If you can sign into Gmail, you can connect it in under two minutes.

Zillow leads

Zillow Premier Agent leads flow into AdamationAI through the Zillow Tech Connect API. The moment a lead is assigned to you, we score it against your historical close data, send an AI-drafted reply from your Gmail within 60 seconds, and surface it at the top of your pipeline. No copy-paste, no notification triage. You keep your Premier Agent subscription. We replace the manual response step that most agents fail at because they are in the car or showing a house.

Facebook and Meta Lead Ads

Meta Lead Ads push directly into your AdamationAI pipeline the second the form is submitted, without Zapier in the middle. We are a verified Meta Tech Provider. Your ad budget buys leads, our automation buys you the first touch. Same scoring, same auto-reply, same pipeline routing as Zillow and Gmail. Works with any Meta campaign objective that supports the lead form, including Cold 60s video ads and Lookalike audiences.

Webhook API

Have a lead source we don't list? Open door. Our webhook accepts any JSON payload with a name, email, phone, and message, and we normalize it into the pipeline. Common uses: open house QR codes, custom landing pages, seller leads from direct mail, partner referrals from mortgage brokers. If the source can hit an HTTPS endpoint, we can ingest it. No additional cost per source.

n8n Cloud workflows

Under the hood, AdamationAI runs on a hosted n8n instance that we operate and maintain. You get the benefit of workflow automation without the complexity of being an n8n admin. Every workflow is version-controlled, monitored, and updated by us. If you want a custom automation that is not in the default bundle, we build it into your tenant as part of the managed implementation. No Zapier, no monthly task limits, no 100 zap cap.

BoldSign e-signature

Every contract, disclosure, and addendum is sent for signature through BoldSign, embedded inside the transaction view. Signers get a branded link, tap through on mobile, and the executed PDF lands back in the transaction automatically. Legally binding in all 50 states. You stop paying for a separate e-signature tool. If you already use Dotloop for compliance reasons, we export signed documents back to it.

Frequently asked integration questions

Does AdamationAI replace my CRM?

It can, and most clients retire their legacy CRM after 60 days because transaction management, lead intake, AI scoring, and pipeline views are all native. If you need to keep your existing CRM for a business reason (franchise mandate, investor reporting), we sync with Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, and Salesforce through the webhook layer. Nothing breaks if you keep both running in parallel during the transition.

Do I need to migrate all my contacts on day one?

No. We import your contacts via CSV during the managed implementation. If you are coming from LionDesk, Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Chime, or BoomTown, we have a repeatable export-to-AdamationAI path with field mapping. Full migration typically happens in the first week of the 10-day implementation window.

Do you integrate with my MLS or IDX feed?

MLS and IDX are on the roadmap for 2026. We intentionally did not ship a half-built IDX. If you need listing syndication today, keep your existing IDX provider (Real Geeks, Showcase IDX, Sierra). AdamationAI handles the lead that comes off that site, which is where most platforms fall down.

Can I use Zapier with AdamationAI?

Yes, through our webhook endpoints, but you usually will not need to. Most of what agents build in Zapier (Gmail triggers, pipeline moves, contact enrichment) is native to our managed automation layer. We will audit your existing Zaps during onboarding and rebuild the ones that matter so you can cancel Zapier.

What does it cost to add a new integration?

Live integrations are included in every plan. Coming-soon integrations on the roadmap ship without upcharge when they go live. If you need a custom integration that is not on the list, we scope it during your demo and quote a one-time build fee based on the lift. Most common requests (a specific lead source, a back-office tool) are already supported through the webhook API at no additional cost.

Is this a plug-and-play integration marketplace like HubSpot or Zapier?

No, and that is intentional. We are a managed service. We configure integrations for you during implementation so that you do not end up with a broken Zap at 9 PM on a Sunday. You get the outcome of an integrations marketplace (everything connected) without the maintenance burden (you debugging it).
