How it works

  • Day 0: We set benchmark baselines from your current data in writing. You sign off before implementation starts.
  • Days 1 to 10: Managed implementation. We configure automations, integrations, and train your team.
  • Days 10 to 90: Platform runs. We monitor benchmarks weekly and share a short progress note every Monday.
  • Day 90: If fewer than 2 of 3 targets met, we refund your implementation fee. No argument, no clawback, no two-page dispute form.

How we measure each benchmark

75% reduction in lead response time

We measure the median time between a lead being created in AdamationAI and the first outbound reply sent to that lead. Baseline is pulled from your existing CRM data on Day 0, which almost always sits between 30 minutes and 12 hours depending on how your team handles after-hours. After go-live, the AI lead response engine replies from your Gmail in under 60 seconds. 75% reduction from a 30-minute baseline means we need to consistently reply in under 7.5 minutes across every lead, not just the easy ones. We miss the benchmark if the median is above that line, measured on leads received between days 30 and 90.

100% pipeline visibility

We count 100% pipeline visibility as every active lead in your business sitting inside AdamationAI with an assigned owner, a current stage, a last-touch timestamp, and a next-action date. We verify this on Day 90 by auditing your Gmail inbox for lead replies that are not reflected in the CRM, and your phone system for inbound calls that never got logged. We miss the benchmark if we find a shadow pipeline the platform does not know about. The only acceptable number is zero hidden leads.

100% automated follow-up deployment

We count this as every lead in an active pipeline stage having an assigned follow-up sequence running on schedule, with no leads stuck in a dead state because nobody configured a sequence for them. Default sequences cover buyer new lead, seller new lead, nurture, past client anniversary, and referral partner. Custom sequences for your brokerage are configured during the 10-day managed implementation. We miss the benchmark if any active lead is sitting without a sequence running or if sequences are failing to send because of a configuration gap we introduced.

What is excluded

Plain English, no lawyer tricks. If any of the below apply, the guarantee does not trigger for that benchmark.

  • Lost-cause leads marked dead before AdamationAI touched them.
  • Benchmark misses caused by you disconnecting Gmail, pausing sequences, or deleting automations manually. We will warn you, but you can override.
  • Force majeure: Google Workspace outages, Supabase downtime, or events outside our control lasting more than 24 hours.
  • Changes you make to the benchmark baselines after Day 0 without our written confirmation.

Guarantee questions, answered directly

Does the monthly subscription refund too?

No. The guarantee covers the one-time implementation fee, which is the largest single line item. The monthly subscription is month-to-month with no contract. If the platform is not working for you, cancel any month and walk away. We wrote it this way so you are never locked in and we are always earning the next month.

What counts as go-live?

Go-live is the day we mark your tenant as production-ready, which happens at the end of the 10-day managed implementation. You get it in writing. The 90-day guarantee clock starts on that date, not the day you sign, and not the day you import your first lead. If implementation slips past 10 days because of our team, the clock starts on the original target date anyway.

Why only 2 of 3 benchmarks, not all 3?

Real businesses are messy. A client whose team refuses to log activity can still win on lead response and sequences. A client with no prior CRM can nail visibility and follow-up but not have a meaningful baseline for response time. Requiring 2 of 3 is how we say: the platform works, and if we cannot prove it on at least 2 of these, we should give the money back.

Has anyone ever asked for the refund?

No, as of 2026. We have had clients miss a benchmark, but in every case they recovered within the 90 days because we noticed in the weekly check-ins and adjusted. The guarantee is designed to force us to pay attention to the numbers, not to be a game we try to avoid paying out on.

What if my team just will not use the platform?

That is the most common benchmark risk. We address it in the implementation: role-based training, onboarding emails, a named human point of contact from our side, and weekly adoption reports. If we see an individual agent going dark, we raise it with you. But if a broker will not enforce adoption, we cannot make agents log into software. The exclusions above cover that case.

Can I negotiate different benchmarks that matter more to me?

Yes. If the three default benchmarks do not fit your business (for example, you run 90% listings and lead response is less relevant), we swap in up to 3 custom benchmarks during the contract signing. They have to be measurable inside AdamationAI, they have to be signed off by both sides on Day 0, and they replace the defaults one-for-one.
